Alamo Walk and Watch didn't start with a business plan — it started at the dog park. Our founder Lou spent countless mornings there with Merlin, getting to know every dog, every owner, every quirk and fear and tail-wag in the neighborhood.
Friends and neighbors began asking for help. A walk here, a check-in there, sitting for someone's anxious rescue pup. And every pet came home happy. That's when it became clear: San Antonio needed a pet care service that treats animals like family and owners like neighbors — not customers in an app.
